The Role

Being Head of Partnerships is an excellent career opportunity for someone who worked in Technology Partnerships before, and would like to step up their game. You will create strategy to drive Partner-Sourced-Revenue by working together with System Integrators, Agencies, other Tech Vendors and Loyalty Consultants. You will execute your strategy with the team of Channel Partner Managers and Technical Partner Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Creating partner strategy in order to grow partner-sourced revenue
  • Creating engaging value propositions and connections with System Integrators, Agencies, other Tech Vendors and Loyalty Consultants
  • Developing Antavo’s Certification program
  • Reporting to CEO, as Partnerships is a core growth-driver at Antavo
  • Working together with other business unit leaders, like Sales, Product, Marketing and Services
  • Working together with direct reports of Channel Partner Managers, Technical Partner Managers and other team members you are going to hire as the needs and demands of the organization expand
  • Management of departmental budget including tools and staff

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in high-growth B2B software partnership environments, preferably in marketing technology
  • Deep and current understanding of the best practices in SaaS partner ecosystems, including leadership and community development
  • You have a global worldview and international ambitions, including experience working with partner networks on a global and regional scale
  • You have leadership experience that includes directly and indirectly managing reports
  • You are comfortable with working with remote colleagues, managing a remote team spread across the world
