You are a person who makes sure the job gets done and all stakeholders are happy along the way. You will ensure that the technical integration of our loyalty management platform is a smooth process. You will coordinate the work of Antavo’s different functions, our partner companies and client’s project teams, giving them support to unblock all parties during the development period. This is an excellent career opportunity for a detail-oriented person who likes talking with clients, to join an internationally recognized company in a key position. You will be helping our clients to get the most out of the product.

You will work with us
Head Of Delivery & Operations
Owning the relationship with the client in the Implementation Period - so their experience from contract signature to loyalty program launch is a smooth process
Being a bridge between our engineering team and the client’s technical team to lead change management and help to quickly solve technical issues
Providing delivery leadership to achieve win-win for both the client and the delivery team, saying no to the client if needed
Resolving roadblocks, escalations to Customer Success Manager or Head of Engineering
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Use appropriate verification channels to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
You’re a friendly, empathic relationship-builder who likes helping people
Organizing is your strong suit, you always work in a very structured way
Experience in the management of complex projects (multiple companies involved).
Experience with project planning and tracking tools
Martech experience with innovative vendor(s) in the loyalty management or marketing automation field (Experience with Salesforce/Microsoft/Oracle/Emarsys/Adobe is a plus)
Experience in working in an international environment
Education: irrelevant - we only use degrees to measure the temperature
