The Role

This is an excellent career opportunity for someone with great people and consultative sales skills with either strong enterprise SaaS martech sales or/and loyalty consulting selling background to join a fast growing award-winning, innovative company. You will be our prospect’s trusted advisor and will be leading a repeatable, data-driven sales process with lots autonomy in your everyday job.

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage the sales cycle via partnership-led opportunities, inbound and SDR-driven leads, etc. and also don’t be afraid to build up your own pipeline if it’s needed
  • You will be responsible for significant growth
  • Negotiate contracts with clients
  • Develop and write value-based sales proposals and respond to client RFPs
  • Work closely with our internal and our partners partnership teams to implement account based selling strategies


You should have

  • 5 years experience in SaaS sales martech sales or loyalty consulting sales
  • Consultative sales skills. We seek someone who can act as a trusted advisor for our prospects
  • Excellent presentation skills and professional presence in order to communicate and influence at all stages in the decision-making process
  • Motivated, self-starter who can work independently and in cross-departments as well
  • You’re collaborative. You’ll work closely with our team in the sales cycle. You like to think critically and communicate. You’re comfortable providing ongoing feedback to your colleagues


Nice to haves

  • Experience in a high-growth B2B scale-up
  • Experience selling software products to C- and VP-level marketing or CRM professionals
  • Education: irrelevant – we only use degrees to measure the temperature
  • International background with additional language skills
  • Understanding of eCommerce and retail retention strategies
  • Strong technology skills. You will be leading product demonstrations (with the help of the solution consultant team), you must credibly discuss technical topics such as data integration via connectors, APIs, SDKs and talk about compliance, security topics, etc.
